Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable . He found the problem with our boiler almost immediately. He replaced the sensor and cleaned everything at a very reasonable price. Great same day service ! Carlos came to my Westchester site rite away. Highly recommend calling if your having an issue with HVAC. Mine stopped working in the middle of the night, I contacted Rite Temp at 5:45 a.m. They arrived within 90 min. I needed a new part. Carlos picked up the part, installed and even took pictures to show me what he fixed . Seven stars to Carlos if possible for his great work and honesty

My heater broke out of no where in the middle of the winter. I searched all over for an affordable HVAC specialist. After hours of searching, I finally found a great company! My subway restaurant shop ac broke down finding an honest hvac company is almost non exist. But not with Carlos, his team came within an hour for emergency service, upon diagnose found the unit needs to be rewire due to poor workmanship from previous technician from another company. He even told me there is a temp quick fix but he wasn't going to do it because he needs to protect his company reputation. Needless to say, i told carlos to do what he thought was needed and after 3 hours of hard work at night time in the dark, my ac is back on running. I would highly recommend carlos and his team if you want fair price, quick and reputable service. If you want a quick sub you can goto my shop at 120-80 queens

I had an issue with my furnace..my current service guy gave me attitude...found Carlos on Google....called like 730 am..left a message...he called me back almost immeditaley...gave me an apt for later that day...explained my safety concerns....he called me back with a much earlier appt...and came EVEN EARLIER...diagnosed the problem....fixed it...reasonably priced...courteous..friendly...he will be my HVAC guy from now on!!!
